Flax seeds need to be consumed in moderate qty. One teaspoon serving has sufficient amounts of nutrients required for our body. Flaxseeds can be sprinkled on cereal, mixed with yogurt, blended into smoothies, or added to soups. They can be dry roasted, for a nutty crunchy flavor, and mixed with other seeds or consumed directly. They can also be ground to powder form and mixed with flour/ atta for making Roti / Chappati / Cakes / Biscuits / Breads etc...
